| Founded in 1998 by Tony Francis, F.R.I.E.S. is a privately owned and operated provider of commercial kitchen equipment repair, specializing in food service equipment and commercial appliances as well as HVAC and all forms of commercial refrigeration equipment.
Tony Francis, began his career in the food service industry in 1985 as a Sales Representative with a leading manufacturers of commercial cooking equipment. Tony was eventually offered a challenging role as Service Manager with a company that provides full service to one of the leading restaurant chains globally.
In 1998 Tony decided to take a risk and open his own service company. We have grown from Tony and one service vehicle in 1998 to becoming one of the leading food service equipment support companies in the greater Toronto area. Our dedicated service department supports a field service force of several TSSA Certified Service Technicians, providing service throughout the GTA and surrounding areas.
Due to the continued growth of business F.R.I.E.S. moved to a new corporate office and warehouse in 2016 which is located in Brampton, Ontario. We offer a full range of services that includes installation, planned maintenance programs, water filtration and discretionary service on all types of commercial is servicing commercial cooking equipment in the Greater Toronto and surrounding areas.
